Factory size:6,600 square meters, with more than 150 employees
All our raw meat materials are from the livestock farms with CIQ registration, while all the dog chews materials are from the CIQ registered factories. From livestock feeding, slaughtering, decomposing, storing to transportation are all under strict quality controlling. When the raw materials are warehoused, the quarantine certificate of the place of origin and the disinfection certificate of the means of transport must be provided. There is also the inspection certificate of the source material manufacturer. A complete quality trackability system, from raw material packaging materials to semi-finished products processing and production of all products are tracked and marked. The quality management of each generation of products can be traced back to any procedure. The company has passed the registration of HACCP, ISO9001, BRC, IFS, FDA, BSCI, and EU. All have been repeatedly demonstrated by management personnel to ensure that the implementation process is accurate.
